Grace Bonilla

Grace C. Bonilla is the President and CEO of United Way of New York City. She previously held positions at Covenant House International and The Committee for Hispanic Children & Families and was appointed by Mayor Bill de Blasio as the first Executive Director of the Task force on Racial Equity and Inclusion during the COVID-19 pandemic. Grace has worked for two mayors administering social service programs and implementing anti-poverty interventions.

Grace holds a BA in Political Science from St. John’s University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. She has dedicated her career to shaping policies that alleviate inequitable challenges in New York City.
